Your First Visit

On your arrival you will be greeted by one of our friendly receptionists, Veronica or Claire, and will be asked to complete a confidential medical questionnaire. This will enable us to ensure you are always given the best treatment possible. You will then be introduced to your dental nurse & dentist.
They will carry out a full oral health check including soft tissues (cancer check), gum health, tooth health, integrity of existing work, cosmetic aspirations if wanted, any future dental needs, & taking any necessary x rays.

The dentist will then recommend and discuss with you any treatment that needs to be done, without baffling you with dental jargon. There are often several treatment options available, giving you choices, so your plan really can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
Once you are happy with your treatment plan we can print you an estimate to take home.
Any further appointments are then made at the front desk with our receptionist.
